I’m a creative guy, in the literal meaning of the word: I create things that didn’t exist before. That’s why I’ve spent most of my time over the past few years at start-ups like Primal, who are bringing the vision of the semantic web to life, or at companies like Facebook, that are pushing the role of technology in society ever further. That’s also why I am insanely excited for SevenCubed: it’s going to be a week of relentless creativity. Show up and create. Repeat. I can’t wait.
When I’m frustrated with software or sick of studying, I pick up my violin and work on some crazy Violin Concerto (Beethoven at the moment), or throw my shoes on and run some absurd distance in a futile attempt to live longer. I like to exercise my ego too, so I can be ready if someone ever asks me to do a self-profile. I wrote Pulp Fiction.
